The project aim is getting to know the mechanical properties of glued wood composites and to know their changes under dynamic stress. Two types of dynamic loading will be examined: cyclic bending load (without inducing oscillation of elements), and shock loading applied in the plane of the board and perpendicular to the face of the examined wood composites. The result of the project will be the knowledge on the mechanical properties of glued wood composites under, and after dynamic loading; the knowledge will be used in the manufacture of wood materials, but also for creation of new wood-based materials with respect to their mechanical properties and durability.
