Multimedia educational center for the improvement of better raw wood assortments production possibilities

The main task of the project is to build a multimedia learning center, which should ensure the improvement of student education in Faculty of Forestry and Faculty of Wood Sciences and Technology in Zvolen at Technical University in Zvolen and staff from operating practice. Field of education is mainly focused on qualitative assessment of harvested timber, whose sale is the main source of revenue for Forestry. Multimedia center will be located at the Department of Forest harvesting and Mechanisation and on its website. In addition to already existing training E-learning modules will be published multimedia textbook: The recovery of plants in Slovakia. Further nine Elearning modules will be developed, three of them will be placed on "Electronic portal timber market".
