- Description and data of the research infrastructure/laboratory:
The laboratory is designed for research and teaching of various thermal processes (heat transfer by conduction, convection, radiation, change of state). An experimental cooling set with an automotive radiator as a compact heat exchanger can be used to investigate various geometric and physical parameters of radiators to intensify the heat transfer process.

Justification of uniqueness/strategic importance:
The experimental setup for the research of compact heat exchangers is variable for different geometries and working conditions of heat exchangers with the possibility of using a new method of cooling heat exchange surfaces with air nozzles.
