Historical furniture inSlovakia -- art styles, forms and structures

This project is focused on research the historical furniture made in Slovakia and furniture
brought from abroad, which collections are located in slovak museum deposits, sacral architecture
and historical architecture of palaces and castles in Slovakia.
It's main goal is identification and systematization furniture's art styles, forms and
structures, material bases, craft and production technologies used during past historical time.
The final of this project is going to answer all fine-arts and technical questions, which
will help very much not only furniture production specialists, but also broad public for better and
deeper knowing our cultural heritage.
Project's achievements will enriched present theory on furniture design, also education
at the field of study 2.2.6-Design, focused on furniture design, interior design.
It will be also helpful to similar study fields.
