Bio and abiotic stress plays the major role during tree life. The change of growth conditions affect on balance of its physiological functions, which subsequently affects on structure and properties of the tissues formed during its life, but also on properties after felling. In case of injury of living tree under stress the tree change his defense and regeneration mechanisms. The aim will be evaluate the changes in anatomy and biochemistry of tissues formed before and after injury, as well as the resistance of cambial and phloem tissue against shear loading before and after felling in relation to the stress loading in the growing and dormant season.
