Dendrology Meaning of Banská Štiavnica Calvary and Historical Alley Solicitude

The project is aimed at the woody vegetation and permanent grassland research in Banská Štiavnica Calvary area. At present, big attention is paid to reconstruction and revitalization of this unique baroque construction. Complex research of individual components was needed, including historical lime alley, to execute the proposition of individual changes in vegetation composition. As we speak of the national historic landmark, the alley represents a separate part of the dendrology research. Result of executed works represents the vegetation formations from their matter and entity composition point of view the way that the original vegetation and architectural-landscape baroque concept of the Banská Štiavnica Calvary can be identified.
