  2. Building a progressive CNC machining workplace for the innovation of teaching forms in study programs at the Faculty of Environmental and Manufacturing Technology

Building a progressive CNC machining workplace for the innovation of teaching forms in study programs at the Faculty of Environmental and Manufacturing Technology

The project is aimed to upgrading the quality of teaching and make learning more attractive by introducing new optional courses: CNC machinery in undergraduate study programs and CNC programming techniques in engineering study programs at FEVT of the TUZVO. The tangible outcome of the project will be a modern workplace that allows getting acquainted and practically to verify a construction work from drawing the components to the production on numerically machine. Further it allows creating didactic materials for CNC machinery, publishing contributions in professional journals. Intangible benefits should be better applicability and competitiveness of graduates of the faculty, not only in the region but also throughout Slovakia and increasing the attractiveness of study in technical fields.
