- Description and details of the research infrastructure/laboratory:
The environmental monitoring laboratory is equipped with instruments and tools for routine processing and analysis of samples from environmental monitoring (laboratory incubators, incubator with day-night simulation, microscopes, TS 600 ball mill). The laboratory is used for scientific purposes, the preparation of final theses, and the teaching of courses in Environmental Monitoring, Fundamentals of Biology and Ecology, Applied Botany and Mycology, as well as for the identification of plant material and the preparation, processing, separation, and homogenization of plant and soil samples.
