Description and data on research infrastructure/laboratory:
The laboratory is intended for research in the field of reliability and diagnostics of machines, motor vehicles and mobile working machines in agriculture and forestry. The laboratory can perform diagnostics of the technical condition and faults of cars and mobile working equipment using an external diagnostic device via the EOBD interface. The laboratory is also equipped with equipment for diagnosing the geometry of steered axles of cars and equipment for changing and balancing tires. The laboratory also includes a hydraulic test facility for simulating the operation of open and closed hydraulic circuits, supplemented by equipment for assessing the technical quality and suitability of hydraulic operating fluids. The laboratory is also equipped with equipment for dynamometric tests of drive motors of universal wheeled tractors with loading through rear power take-off shafts. The laboratory is complemented by sieving machine, plastic shredder and suction device. -

Most of the above-described sensor and measuring devices used in the laboratory are connected to computer technology and have the necessary software. The methods used in research and testing in this laboratory are either standard in terms of knowledge in the field or exceed the standard and correspond to the current era, while they are a guarantee of objective experimental results. The experimental results obtained in this way are a high-quality basis for modelling and physical description of important phenomena in the field of diagnostics and reliability of machines. -
